Accessible Holiday Homes recently met with Steve and Trudy from Harvest Tours in Margaret River, to view the newest addition to their exceptional tour service, an 11-seater, high-roof bus fitted with an RYCON accessible platform lift. Harvest Tours have gone above and beyond as they can now include the transportation of up to two wheelchairs, along with nine additional seats.

The AHH Team saw a demonstration of the platform lift and bus features. Harvest Tours also outlined the service they provide to ensure that the holiday experience is joyful and stress free.

Enhancing Accessibility

In March 2025, Harvest Tours took a significant step towards greater accessibility. Guests using wheelchairs can now easily board the bus and enjoy scenic routes alongside friends and family, without logistical barriers. This milestone highlights Harvest Tours’ passion for inclusion and its ambition to achieve full accreditation for accessible travel in time for the spring 2025 season.
