The Easy Access Chalet at Turner Holiday Park is a purpose-built, single-level, two-bedroom

accessible chalet located on the banks of the Blackwood River in Augusta, Western Australia.

Designed to support guests with mobility impairments, the chalet provides designated ACROD parking, a continuous accessible path of travel, step-free entry, spacious open-plan living and a fully accessible ensuite wet room.

The chalet accommodates up to four guests and provides generous circulation throughout,

making it suitable for guests using walking frames, manual wheelchairs and many powered

mobility devices. The accessible outdoor entertaining area overlooks the river and includes an accessible BBQ, outdoor sink and seating. Turner Holiday Park also has a beach wheelchair available for guest use, subject to availability, allowing guests to enjoy nearby beaches and foreshore areas

Arcadia at Hamelin Bay Holiday Park is a single-storey, 2-bedroom chalet, offering ocean glimpses from the outdoor deck. Whilst the chalet itself has limited accessible features, The Holiday Park has upgraded their public toilets located at the reception, which includes two accessible wet-rooms (showers and toilets). This provides an alternative bathroom option for holiday makers with specific access needs.

Stirling Estate Black Swan is a double-storey holiday property made from shipping containers with ground-level living and bedroom facilities, plus additional bedrooms and amenities upstairs. Access to the top floor is via a 400 kg capacity wheelchair lift in addition to a staircase with handrails on both sides.

Stirling Estate Chalet 3 is specifically designed for accessibility. It features open-plan living, wider doorways, recessed doorframes and a spacious wet room ensuite. The property has sealed outdoor paths throughout to enable wheeled mobility aids to enjoy the property.
